Karl E. Garon was born in Switzerland in 1964, and by the time he was 17 he had already demonstrated his great talents with food.  After managing to land a job as a cook at a Geneva restaurant called the “Pam Allen Restaurant,” Karl Garon impressed the establishment’s owner so much that he agreed to personally fund Karl Garon’s culinary arts education.

When he has time off from his busy schedule, Garon writes cookbooks.  He has authored six of them, including Garon’s Bold & Bodacious Food, From My Kitchen to Your Stomach,  and Man Meets Grill.
